Regulation respecting fiscal administration
Tax Administration Act
(chapter A-6.002, ss. 7 and 97).
The title of the Act was formerly entitled: “An Act respecting the Ministère du Revenu”. The title of this Act was replaced by section 91 of chapter 31 of the statutes of 2010.
The interest rate applicable to claims of the State for the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 March 2019 is 7%. (Gazette officielle du Québec, 22 December 2018, Part 1 (French), page 843).
The fees prescribed in the Regulation have been indexed as of 1 April 2018 pursuant to the notice published in Part 1 (French) of the Gazette officielle du Québec of 17 March 2018, page 182. (s. 12.0.3.1R1).
